position summary: | We currently have multiple opportunities as an Alcohol and Drug Service Technician (part-time and on-call available) to work a variety of shifts to join our men's and women's residential treatment team in Gresham and Tigard to provide a safe, secure, clean, and comfortable residential treatment environment. This is a great position to build a strong foundation of clinical knowledge and learn more about CODA's programs and services. In this position, you would fulfill the following essential functions: •Monitor the health conditions and whereabouts of clients as well as their behaviors and activities, reporting and/or documenting concerns and medical needs. Salary / Pay Rate: | DOE |
Qualifications: | The following qualifications and experience are important for the success in this position: a high school diploma or GED,6 months of education, training, or experience in addictions treatment a minimum of one year work experience in a clinical, medical, residential, office, or similar work environment as a member of a work team and the ability to maintain professional communications and boundaries while managing complex situations and interacting with individuals diagnosed with substance use or co-occurring conditions. |
