position summary:

This is responsible professional work in coordination of the collection, maintenance, analysis and distribution of administrative information used to produce contract reports and special project reports which require analysis and comparison. Work requires a close working relationship with data analysis, contract reporting and client management database. Work is performed with considerable independence under the general direction of a supervisor and is reviewed principally by observation of results obtained.

Salary / Pay Rate:Dependent on Experience
Required Skills and Abilities:1. Considerable knowledge of computerized information system including the operation and maintenance of data files. 2. Ability to gather data, analyze information, and prepares reports. 3. Ability to interpret computer terminology, data, standards, and instructions and relate information to the particular system. 4. Experience with SQL query language as well as building reports through SQL Server Reporting Services. 5. High level of proficiency in building and using Excel spreadsheets to analyze data 6. Problem solving skills with PC hardware and software, and Microsoft Office Suite 7. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing. 8. Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments. 9. Ability to create, compose and edit written materials. 10. Efficient time management skills. 11. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with staff, consultants and the general public.
Qualifications:Bachelors Degree and at least 2 years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
