NW Impact needs a Social Networking Guru!

If you enjoy updating your Facebook status, tweeting daily messages, or sending friends a little "poke" we can really use your help! We want to expand our presence on Facebook, Myspace and Twitter but we need a social networking fan to help us manage these sites and spread the mission of Impact NW. This can be done in the comfort of your own home and on a flexible schedule.

The mission of Impact NW is to alleviate the effects of poverty and help people achieve and maintain a self-sufficient life. Impact NW is one of the premier social service providers in Multnomah and Clark Counties, serving over 60,000 children, families, seniors, and adults with disabilities annually. Our services are designed to help people improve their quality of life and live independently.

Drivers Needed for Healthy Start Dad's Group

The Healthy Start program at Impact NW is searching for volunteers to help families get to their Father-Child Interaction Groups to support Early Childhood Education. We would like 2 drivers for each group to help transport families to and from classes.

Being a parent in today’s world is a big responsibility. It’s not always easy to know the “right” thing to do or who to turn to with a question or talk to with a concern when things seem overwhelming. Healthy Start recognizes that being a parent is not easy and provides services in Multnomah County to support first-time parents to be the best parents they can be.
