Mission
The mission of ICTC is to increase the number of Black midwives, doulas, and healers to empower families, in order to reduce infant and maternal mortality.

Description
Located at 2823 North Rosa Parks Way, in Portland, OR, we are an international organization, and the only black midwife training organization in the country.
