Foster Care Program Manager

We’re seeking a Program Manager for our therapeutic Foster Care and Proctor Care programs. Based out of our Albany office, the Program Manager oversees all operations of the program; provides supervision of program staff; monitors effective implementation of policies and procedures as well as ensures that individual contracts, policies, and OAR standards are followed and upheld. The successful candidate will have a clinical master’s degree in social work, counseling psychology, child and family therapy, art therapy, or a closely related clinical disclipline and at least two years’ experience working with children and families in a similar setting. We strongly prefer candidates with experience working in children’s mental health or DHS child welfare programs. A pre-hire drug screen and criminal background check are required, as is the ability to meet agency driving requirements.
