Positions Available with Janus Youth Programs, Inc.
JANUS YOUTH PROGRAMS, INC. has the following positions available. Janus is a nonprofit agency providing community-based services, including residential and shelter care, to youth referred by OYA and/or DHS, as well as homeless and street-dependent youth. We operate facilities in Oregon and in SW Washington. We are an agency that values diversity and values the contributions made by our staff in helping the youth we serve. All positions involve working together with strong, supportive teams to support and make a difference in a young person’s life.
Residential Services Team Supervisor needed with Harry’s Mother/Juvenile Reception Center, Janus Youth Programs. Position will work as part of a management team for joint programs providing services to youth engaged in the juvenile justice system and runaway and at-risk youth and their families. Programs work closely with Police, Juvenile Court, DHS, and other community partners. Position includes combination of supervisory responsibilities and direct service with clients. Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent training and experience working with adolescents and families is required, as well as at least one year of supervisory experience. Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred. Hours will involve overnights and weekends, including a rotating on-call system for emergency back-up of 24 hour programs. Position does involve driving.
