QUAD Inc. is a nonprofit community benefit organization founded in 1975 by people with disabilities who were not satisfied with the limited living options available for those living with severe physical disabilities. Today, QUAD Inc. provides a unique brand of resident-directed, shared attendant care at four affordable, fully-accessible buildings throughout metro Portland. Our residents have spinal cord injuries, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy and other disabilities that require the permanent, full-time use of a wheelchair for mobility.
