3/9 Mercy Corps NW Seminar - Make Your Etsy Shop Shine
March 9th, 6-8pm
For anyone with an Etsy shop who would like to learn techniques to improve sales and gain a more thorough knowledge of how Etsy works. (Etsy is a marketplace for handmade and vintage items.)
We'll cover: * goal setting and what can be achieved with Etsy based on the level of work you put in * Pros & cons of Etsy and reasonable expecations * re-examining product lines and creating a unique "spin" for your products * Basics for improving your shop, including tagging, taking food photos, descriptions, profile, pricing, etc. * Basics of promoting
Annie Rose Shapero is a full time craftswoman who runs two Etsy shops (EpicErma.etsy.com and cowgirlsnaps.etsy.com). She has been in business for 6 years and on Etsy for 4. She has seen Etsy become one of the reliable cornerstones of her business, with thousands of dollars in sales a month, and she has helped many fellow crafters to learn to improve their Etsy shops and sales.
