Regional Arts & Culture Council - PNCA workshop 3/13

This Saturday, 3/13 PNCA presents, "The Artist's Statement", learn how to convey the ideas behind your work with a compelling and clear artist statement.
RACC is offing partial scholarships to this workshop. Workshop regular fee $50, with RACC scholarship, $25. Must call Tonisha Toler 503-823-5866 to receive scholarship.
