Volunteers Needed -- Dance with the Rose City Rollers at the NWDSA Buddy Walk!

The Northwest Down Syndrome Association is looking for volunteers to help with our 10th Annual Buddy Walk on October 4th, from 10-1. This community event takes place at the Rose Quarter Commons every fall, and this year we are celebrating our birthday with the best walk yet. Come help set up, register walkers, serve food, or clean up afterward. Be a part of building awareness about Down syndrome in our community, and dance to the music of the Bureau of Standards Swing Band and Conjunto Alegre. Volunteer, meet an awesome local group working for social change, and have fun too! We will be joined this year by the Rose City Rollers, lots of local team mascots, and other costumed folk. Bring the whole family to get in on the volunteering fun!
