Primary Care Practitioner - NP
Family Practice Nurse Practitioner will provide primary care in a patient-centered, primary-care-home, team-based setting for diverse population of homeless and low income children and adults. Qualified applicants must be licensed to practice medicine in Oregon. Experience with homeless & high risk populations is highly desirable. This position is 32 hours/week through Outside In's Medical Clinic and Medical Outreach Program. We are currently looking for Registered Nurses (part-time and on-call) to work in a collaborative and multi-disciplinary team of medical and clinical professionals to provide quality and compassionate care for substance dependent patients and patients with co-occurring disorders in our Opiate Replacement Therapy program in Portland.
