Full Time Mental Health Clinician needed for local community mental health, addictions and housing agency. This position will primarily provide community and home-based counseling and case management services for mental health consumers who are struggling to engage in the clinic based service model. This is a great opportunity to work with a team of clinicians providing community based services to clients with mental health and substance abuse disorders. Candidate must have demonstrated clear understanding of the characteristics and problems of adults with co-occurring disorders, specifically severe and persistent mental illness and drug and alcohol and be committed to working in individuals homes and in the community. One year of counseling case management experience preferred.

Emergency Services Specialist: VOA Oregon is seeking an experienced domestic violence advocate for a full time direct service position. The Emergency Services Specialist works in Home Free’s emergency housing and crisis line program, providing services that include but are not limited to: crisis line coverage, intakes, safety planning, individualized goal planning, assistance with arranging safe emergency housing and facilitating linkage to other supportive social services. This position works with the Emergency Services Coordinator to develop and enhance services to survivors in the homeless community.

Administer the state general fund allocation for local CASA programs, administer federal Title IV-E fund requests for local CASA programs and for Oregon Volunteers, work with the leadership of the Oregon CASA Network to ensure quality performance in all local CASA program units, ensure that local CASA programs meet national quality training performance measures for CASA volunteers and staff based on National CASA standards.
