HR Manager – Outside In
Manages key aspects of HR at a non-profit healthcare & social services agency. Oversees recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding processes for staff. Ensures compliance with applicable laws, including leave and wage/hour. Assists with training program, reporting, and other aspects of HR administration.
Qualifications: 2+ years HR experience; PHR/SPHR certification or willingness to obtain; leadership skills and experience; project management experience; works well with others; formal supervision experience preferred.
This is a benefits-eligible, full-time position. Salary is $48K per year.
