CODA is currently looking for a relief Outpatient Services Aide (on-call) to join our team in Portland.

In this position, you would fulfill the following essential functions:

•Monitor and maintain the general area in and around behavioral health clinic, observing and directing patient flow.
•Perform urine toxicology specimen retrieval and schedule patient UA's.
•Care for infants and children to facilitate parental treatment.
•Assist visitors.
•Inspect and maintain patient areas.
•Input information from external sources into patient electronic medical records.
•Assist with patient-run community meetings.

Maintain a welcoming and low-barrier learning environment, providing outreach, engagement activities and direct instruction to youth – i.e., GED, credit recovery, ABE and college prep. Join this exciting opportunity to continue developing a curriculum aligned with Common Core Standards and the new GED. Partner with volunteer tutors to provide instruction in all subjects. Work as member of ERC team to provide integrated career development to disenfranchised youth.

Medical Case Coordinator

De Paul serves the greater Portland community by providing drug and alcohol addiction dual diagnosis treatment services.  We are currently seeking a Medical Case Coordinator to join our Medical Team. 
 
Responsibilities include client case management, appointment scheduling, processing referrals, submitting insurance authorization paperwork, monitoring medication supply, ordering refills, tracking client engagement, organizing & ordering medical records, updating the treatment team on client treatment plans, and promoting efficient and quality medical services.  The Medical Case Coordinator must be highly organized and detail-oriented.

Responsible for quality assurance & improvement in Federally Qualified Health Center serving low-income and homeless patients. The QA Coordinator will QA data and processes; perform queries and submit required reports; and support and implement quality improvements in operations. Qualified applicants will have strong computer & data skills and be self-directed. Experience in QA/CQI in a healthcare or social-services setting is preferred. Diversity is valued. This position is 20 hours/week. Compensation is $18.00-18.50/hour (DOQ) with partial benefits.
