Leadership Development for the Creative Economy
Description
Cultivating Creativity is a Portland, Oregon company that helps business leaders develop their organization's creative potential. Our approach to leadership and problem-solving integrates best practices from the performing arts, technology development, conflict resolution, and project management. The result is a uniquely provocative and practical framework for fostering creativity in organizations.
Services include speaking, training, mediation, facilitation, and consulting.
Bob Lieberman is an articulate, strategically-minded catalyst. He championed transformational change at Transcore and created key technologies at Sybase, McDonnell-Douglas, and Avalon Software. Bob currently facilitates the Leadership for Creativity SIG of the Oregon Organizational Development Network, and has taught Organizational Development at Portland State University. He is also a violinist and singer, a trained mediator, and a certified project manager. Bob Lieberman holds several technology certifications and an MS in Computer Science from Carnegie-Mellon University.
