Ecotrust Development Manager

Ecotrust is hiring for a Development Manager. This person will be responsible for managing our suite of development activities designed to increase and diversify revenue. This individual will be responsible for the coordination of our day-to-day fundraising efforts. S/he will work with the Director of Development on setting the overall strategic direction of the development efforts in conjunction with the development team and funding goals of the organization. The Development Manager will work with the Director of Development to identify and research new individual donor prospects, steward relationships with current donors, oversee our grant submission process and reporting, and identify and develop new funding partnerships.

The Development Manager will work closely with the Grant Writer & Manager and the Development Coordinator to ensure all communication with funders is submitted in a timely manner and of the highest quality. This person will oversee development department systems including record keeping, donor acknowledgement, and maintenance of the database. In addition, this individual will manage the annual appeal process and planning for donor events.
