10 Tactics shows how rights advocates around the world have used the internet and digital technologies to create positive change using original and artful ways to capture attention and communicate a cause. The 50 minute film (released by Tactical Tech in Decembefr 09)will be shown at the Center for Intercultural Organizing, and will be followed by a panel discussing the film and info-activism.
