Moderation Committee volunteer description

The CNRG moderator reviews and approves each message that is submitted to CNRG’s listserv, ensuring the integrity of the contents of the list.  Moderator volunteer duties are conducted once a week and can be done from wherever you have internet access.  Volunteers must attend a training and commit to a day each week to moderate.

Responsibilities:

• Regular, ongoing commitment of two hours, one day per week (must have a computer with internet access)
• Attendance at an initial training session
• Ability to learn CNRG’s moderating system
• Ability to follow our Netiquette and determine if posts are appropriate for CNRG listserv
