Case Manager: Neighborhood House

Full time Case Manager position open to work with homeless families. Must have self-initiative, be able to work independently, good time management skills and have an attention to detail. Must have prior experience in helping families set up goals and helping families achieve those goals. An understanding of harm reduction is a plus. Must be able to work under pressure, handle quick turn around time lines, and be able to respond appropriately to people in crisis. There is a high volume of data entry, writing case notes, and a strong candidate will be able to track their time. Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred. 40 hrs/wk, $11.96 - $14.35 per hr, non-exempt, with benefits.
