Seeking a dynamic, collaborative professional to provide organizational leadership as we venture into the next phase of our journey. With a 24 year history of interpreting our time through music, Third Angle has garnered a reputation for musical excellence, satisfyingly eclectic programming, fun, and organizational stability. We’re ready to take it up a notch and seek a managing partner to join us in the process.

Salary / Pay Rate:Depends on Experience

Qualifications:1. Passion for new music. 2. Demonstrated leadership skills and collaborative management style. 3. Demonstrated achievement in fundraising with individual, corporate, foundation and public agency donors, grantors and sponsors. 4. Facility with performance marketing and sales from strategy through implementation. 5. Excellent oral and written communications skills and facility with a variety of software. 6. Experience and ability in financial management including budget development, tracking, forecasting and reporting. 7. Ability and experience to implement and manage strategic plans. 8. Ability to convey the mission of the Third Angle New Music Ensemble and motivate and inspire the community through outreach activities. 9. Ability and experience with volunteer recruitment and retention. 10. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
