PHC Northwest has provided nearly 60 years of broad-based educational, training and job opportunities (with full union benefits) for thousands of people with developmental, physical and mental disabilities. As a dynamic and forward-thinking industry leader, PHCNW’s diversified business lines have allowed it to help employees develop the technical skills required to earn living wages in a variety of occupations, thus enabling them to pay taxes and empowering them to raise families and live independently. PHCNW’s influence extends into the general community through provision of affordable housing programs and environmental stewardship in the form of developing and hosting the largest contiguous solar energy array in the Pacific Northwest region.

PHCNW is comprised of 5 departments: Janitorial, which is our largest, Landscaping, Manufacturing, Clerical/Administrative Services and Housing.   Some of our customers include: Danner boots, State of Oregon department of human services, Portland international airport, Portland Parks and Rec, the Federal Courthouses downtown, Multnomah County (Health Clinics, juvenile detention center, jail and sheriff's office), City of Beaverton, City of Hillsboro and the Oregon Air National Guard. We have over 700 employees, and besides opportunities in Portland, Oregon, PHCNW also has contracts in Seattle, Spokane and Tri-Cities in Washington, Boise, ID and Eugene Oregon.
