Empower Up is a non-profit organization that provides computers, education, job skills training and access to the Internet to those in need by reusing and marketing computers diverted from the waste stream.

Empower provides free computer systems to qualified families in need in Clark County.
Empower Up community partners are Clark County, the City of Vancouver, Clark College, the Salvation Army, Waste Connections and the Clark County ReStore.
