Hand to Hand Sunday-October 18th, 2009 - Noon to 4:00PM   Please join us for the Hand to Hand community resources fair! Learn about 50+ Portland metro-area nonprofits that provide essential safety net services and support to local individuals and families.   ~ Learn about nonprofit agencies in your neighborhood that focus on helping those in need ~ Discover volunteer opportunities for teens, adults, families, and seniors ~ Explore the perfect way for you and your family to get involved ~ Donate goods you no longer use to help others in need   Admission is FREE!  Open to caring individuals of all faiths and ages.
