Living Earth is hosting a Community Potluck & Harvest Fest to help support our Hats & Scarves Winter Warming Project. Join us on Friday, November 6. We’ll enjoy homegrown music and a shared vegetarian meal. Browse a great batch of very inexpensive, high-quality used books, perfect for cold autumn afternoons and winter evenings, or for sustainable holiday gifts. Books will mirror Living Earth's values—peace, cooperation, community, creativity, sustainability, spiritual inquiry, and social action. Bring a veg/vegan dish to share and connect with old and new friends. We'll also have special items for a silent auction, from small trinkets to a few pieces of furniture—good quality and very reasonable opening bids. Cans for the Oregon Food Bank are welcome, too.
