Seek NPO copy of Articles of Incorporation & Bi-Laws

Hello Everyone,

I have detailed draft of some Articles of Incorporation & Bi-Laws for a NPO called the International Leadership Investment Fund whose mission is to combines capital contributions with strategic mentoring and advisory services to help nonprofit leaders build global organizations that inspire and accelerate social change. This .organization is going to be very small with three directors and no members, so preference for documents from a similar organization

However, I have only done this basic start-up for NPOs in California. I am unfamiliar with any specifics regarding NPO laws in Oregon.
