The African Women’s Coalition is currently seeking volunteer English/Literacy tutors

go to school and your husband goes to a job training program but you are at home with the little ones. You don’t know the language or the culture and are afraid to go out.

The African Women’s Coalition invites you to reach out to these sisters by volunteering as an English and literacy tutor be powerful in her new home.

Tutor Orientation: Sunday, January 17th 1 pm-3pm.

Tutor Training: Saturday, January 23rd 9am-3:30 pm (with ½ hour lunch).
