Description
Over 100 years ago Rotary was founded on the principle of “meeting regularly to enjoy and expand one’s circle of business and professional acquaintances.” That principle remains true today. Whether you are new to Portland, now to a job or are just looking for a way to enjoy old friends or meet new ones, Rotary is your connection!
Members of the Rotary Club of Portland represent a cross-section of the community’s owners, leaders, executives, managers, political leaders and professionals – people who make decisions and influence policy. Rotarians value community service, high ethical standards and enjoy relationships with their peers. The Rotary Club of Portland is just the place to develop and expand personal and professional relationships.
Beyond our weekly meetings, we host a range of social activities such as sampling a wide variety of international cuisine; competing in the Hood to Coast run and listening to New Orleans Jazz Under the Stars. We’ve done tree planting along the Deschutes River and hosted golf tournaments, just to mention a few-offering diversions from today’s demanding professional and personal schedules.
