LifeWorks NW - Service Coordinator I

The Service Coordinator (part-time) provides assistance to adjudicated youth at risk of joining gangs through treatment planning, counseling, and coordination of multiple service providers. BA degree in a human services field or equivalent experience is required. Prefer 2 years experience working with at risk youth and families. Knowledge of current gang trends, African American, Latino, and Asian cultures. Basic computer skills required. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) a plus. Requires access to a car, a valid driver’s license, proof of current automobile insurance coverage, and verification of safe driving record from DMV.
