All Purpose Intern

Commitment: at least three months

Hours: at least 6 hours/wk

Oregon Environmental Council (OEC) seeks an “all purpose” intern to assist our Deputy Director, Chris Hagerbaumer.

Intern responsibilities will include policy research (mainly in the area of transportation), assistance organizing a workshop on reducing greenhouse gas emissions from the transportation sector, and other projects as needed.

This internship position is unpaid and requires a minimum three-month commitment of at least six hours a week. The schedule is flexible and allows for working off-site when doing research. A qualified candidate will have strong organizational skills, outstanding research skills, and a keen interest in environmental issues.
