The Treatment Team Leader (TTL) position is located at the beautiful Parry Center for Children campus in the heart of southeast Portland. This position is responsible for the planning, supervision and evaluation of the daily operations of treatment programs for children and/or adolescents. Provides the direct supervision, orientation, training, scheduling and evaluation of assigned treatment staff, providers and volunteers. Within the guidelines established by the assigned supervisor oversees and coordinates implementation of the treatment plan in the therapeutic milieu by the assigned staff. Position may require evening, weekend and shift work and requires availability to respond to emergencies. Job is demanding with frequent deadlines, meetings and interruptions. Salary / Pay Rate: | $27,000 to $28,000 per year |
Required Skills and Abilities: | Successful candidate will ensure a safe environment for clients in a group treatment facility and ensure that direct care staff attend to the supervision of children. Contributes input to program and new concept development. Demonstrated computer and word processing skills. |
Qualifications: | Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field. Prefer two full years experience as a direct care worker with at-risk children and youth in a treatment setting, one year of which must have been as a case manager. |
