First Friday: Community Potluck and Findhorn Presentation

First Friday!

Findhorn: the Meaning of Community Friday, June 4 ~ 6:30-9:30 pm Friends Meeting House, 4312 SE Stark Suggested donation $5 but everyone is welcome      

Join Living Earth for a great veg/vegan potluck, followed by a slide presentation on the intentional community of Findhorn and discussion on the nature of conscious community, pondering a bit on how Living Earth figures into that model. After dinner and presentation, we'll sing a few songs in honor of Pete Seeger's 91st birthday to celebrate the coming of summer, and maybe whoop and holler a bit as we dance a Virginia Reel before the night is out.  Bring a veg/vegan potluck dish to share.
