Enjoy Wine for Makindu Children's Program

Come enjoy evening of good food and drink at Blackbird Wine and Atomic Cheese, located on NE Fremont at 44th, on Wednesday June 16th (about 5:30 to 8:30). Blackbird will donate a portion of the evening’s proceeds to Makindu Children’s Program, the Oregon-based supporter of the Makindu Children’s Center in east Kenya. There will be music, raffle items and Kenyan crafts for sale as well. The Center provides core assistance to over 400 orphans and vulnerable children and their guardian families.
