LifeWorks NW - Behavioral Health Provider

The Integrated Behavioral Health program at LifeWorks NW has an opening for an LCSW or a licensed clinical psychologist to provide psychosocial chronic pain management services at Multnomah County Health Department clinics. Responsibilities include brief psychosocial assessments, facilitation of pain management groups, individual counseling, and consultation to medical staff as part of a multidisciplinary team. This is a half-time position with the opportunity to increase to full-time as additional integrated behavioral healthcare projects are implemented by LifeWorks in the Fall.
