The LINC (Low Income Networking and Communications) Project is a site dedicated to fostering connections, cooperation, and information exchange between grassroots organizations working for the benefit of low-income people. The site includes a directory of low-income organizations in the U.S., an organizers' online toolkit, events calendar, links to online newsletters and news. Could also be in advocacy.
