2nd Annual Sierra Club Shindig July 10th

Whether you’re a long-time member or new in town, please join us for our annual Sierra Club Shindig! Everyone is welcome!

We’re throwing a party with great speakers like Mayor Sam Adams and national Sierra Club Executive Director Michael Brune! Enjoy great food, beer/wine, kids activities and more!

Saturday July 10th 4 to 8pm At the Sierra Club Office, 1821 SE Ankeny Street, Portland, OR

Here's your guide to all the fun!(times are approximate):

4pm: - Mingling with wine/beer, lemonade, light appetizers! - Kids activities including balloon animals, face painting, bubble blowing, and sidewalk chalk! - Information tables and informative volunteers to help you learn more about the Sierra Club's conservation work in Oregon!

5pm: - BBQ Dinner (served buffet style, plenty of vegetarian options)! - To help us cover the cost of dinner, we're asking for a sliding scale donation of $10 to $20.

6pm: - Presentation of volunteer awards! - Presentation of the Environmental Leadership Award and acceptance speech by Portland Mayor Sam Adams! - Dessert! - Guest speaker: National Sierra Club Executive Director, Michael Brune!

7:00pm - Performance by: Sound Semantics!
