| Salary / Pay Rate: | $78,905 - $118,358, annually |
| Required Skills and Abilities: | Experience: Ten (10) years of full-time professional experience in increasingly responsible diversity and equity work, employee and community engagement, equal opportunity and affirmative action arenas, including a minimum of two (2) years of supervising staff; AND, Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Public Administration, Social Science or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred. |
