-- Knowledge Universe Tools for Schools: BACKPACK PREP --

This year we will be giving out backpacks full of supplies to 9,000+ students throughout 21 Portland Public Schools! Needless to say, before this can happen we have a LOT of prep work on our hands!

Be a part of our eighth annual backpack giveaway program (read more about this program online: http://schoolhousesupplies.org/programs.html) by joining us for a backpack prep party on one of the following dates (please note: if you can’t make it to a prep party but would still like to help out, shoot me an email and we can schedule an individual volunteer shift that fits your schedule):

We’ve had a lot of donations come in over the past several weeks and we’re in need of volunteers with an interest in sorting, counting and organizing to help process everything and get the store ready for shopping in September (read more about our Free Store for Teachers program online: http://schoolhousesupplies.org/programs.html).

For a truly hands on volunteer experience, sign up for one of the following Free Store prep sessions:
