| Qualifications: | 1. Bachelor’s degree. Master’s degree in educational research or social sciences preferred. 2. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in data collection, qualitative and quantitative analysis, report writing, and dissemination using technological systems. 3. Expertise in statistics, database/spreadsheet management, and data analysis and manipulation using statistical software. 4. Experience with academic research or program evaluation within a University setting preferred. 5. Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills. 6. Outstanding customer service skills. 7. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and conflicting demands including taking initiative and being self-directed. 8. Ability to work effectively in multi-stakeholder academic environment while being a team player. 9. Ability to keep abreast of new theory and technology in the educational research, measurement, and evaluation field. |
