Help needed with HR Policies & Procedures

Hello,

I am the first paid staff person for an organization called "Project Helping Hands" (www.project-helping-hands.org) and am responsible for developing organizational policies and procedures, fundraising, and growing the organization. One project I am working on currently is developing personnel policies and procedures. I have a sample for a non-profit in Minnesota, but would love to see some examples of some P&Ps from Oregon non-profits.
