Description: The Fanno Basin Project Manager will improve technical assistance to private landowners on properties less than one acre in the Upper Fanno Creek watershed. This position strengthens a partnership between the Tualatin River Watershed Council and Southwest Neighborhoods Inc. through the Southwest Watershed Resource Center (WRC). The WRC is a nexus for SW Portland neighborhoods, community organizations and watershed volunteer groups working in partnership with the Portland Bureau of Environmental Services to enhance watershed function through individual and community-level action.
