We have the following position open:

SERVICE COORDINATOR II: Position provides assessment, treatment planning, resource acquisition and recovery oriented case management and treatment of adults with severe mental illness as part of a new multidisciplinary team.

MA in psychology, social work, mental health or related field required. Experience with adults with severe mental illness required. Candidate must have own vehicle, valid driver’s license/auto insurance and approved DMV history. Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills preferred.
