Mission
Committed to serving the Non-Profit community in Oregon
Description
Bank of the Cascades is committed to serving the people and communities of Oregon; to us this means having a deep commitment to the non-profits that help make Oregon such a wonderful place to live. Our mission as your financial partner entails understanding your goals, being knowledgeable about the issues that concern you, working effectively with your board and community representatives and leveraging resources that are important to you. We also pride ourselves on the dedication of our employees to the non-profit community. Our goal is to provide value beyond that of a “typical banking relationship.” As volunteers, investors and sponsors, Bank of the Cascades truly immerses ourselves in the communities that we serve. We strive to understand to the best of our abilities the issues and challenges you face, and then partner to provide you expertise, education and a network of resources that you can depend on, beyond banking. . For example, we partner with the WVDO (Willamette Valley Development Officers) to facilitate educational seminars and workshops at no charge for the non-profit community and their boards. Please join us during the upcoming annual non-profit educational workshops we support through TACS around the state at www.tacs.org.
