Salary / Pay Rate:Competitive salary and benefits package.
Required Skills and Abilities:Identify and recommend individual, corporate, and community prospects. Develop and execute national fundraising activities. Monitor and evaluate all fundraising activities to ensure goals are being achieved. Develop donor communication pieces including financial appeals, newsletters, press releases, and email communications. Work with marketing department to develop creative, relevant messaging. Oversee the development of donor mailing lists and reporting in donor tracking database.
Qualifications:We are looking for someone with at least two years relevant experience in resource development, preferably with a focus on annual giving. A bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Working knowledge of Raiser’s Edge Fundraising Software is required. Excellent writing, marketing, and communication skills preferred.
