OMSI needs Adult Mentors for our Youth Volunteer Program

Adult Mentors to Youth Volunteers are responsible for interacting with high school age volunteers and helping them adjust to the workplace environment. It is a critical position that supports OMSI educator staff and provides youth volunteers with a positive workplace experience. Youth volunteers are a key component of OMSI’s volunteer program. Mentors provide critical support to youth volunteers, ensuring that they have a positive, productive volunteer experience.
