| Required Skills and Abilities: | Be skilled in the MS Office software package (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint), and SPSS (a statistical software program); In addition to these required qualifications, we would be interested in an individual who has: Experience in responding to RFPs and writing proposals; Experience with NVivo6 (qualitative software program). |
| Qualifications: | Have a Master’s degree plus three years of experience in qualitative and quantitative research and evaluation methods; Have experienced in human and social services, with preference to experience in child and family services; Have strong project management skills; Be organized and detail-oriented; Be adept in managing data, conducting interviews, and facilitating small groups; Work well independently AND as part of team; Have strong analytic writing skills; Be willing to travel; |
