JOB TITLE: IT Systems & Project Manager
RESPONSIBLE TO: Director of Administration
SALARY: Range starts at $47,778.00 per year

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Manages Information Technology and Project Management functions for Oregon Food Bank in conjunction with OFB’s outsourced provider, facilitates the planning, organization, and/or implementation of information technology functions. This position supervises one IT staff and works with that staff to provide first line management of OFB’s outsourced IT provider.
Functional oversight includes: OFB’s network installation, configuration, administration, maintenance, and basic network design through use of in-house and outsourced relationships; PC/LAN/DB technical support through use of in-house and outsourced IT relationships; project management for initiatives as assigned; phone systems management; management of the IT Department in support of the functional operations of all departments; interfacing with departmental managers and directors to ensure integrity of database applications; assisting OFB in creating and implementing networking solutions to solve business problems; electronic document management for the agency; working with Director of Administration on information technology budgeting for the agency and monitoring performance against budget monthly. Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent work experience. 5+ years experience managing and supporting the PC/LAN resources of a mid-sized organization (50+ staff members).
