The deadline for the Neighborhood Small Grant is fast approaching, Monday, November 3rd by 2:00 PM at Neighbors West-Northwest, 2257 NW Raleigh St, Portland OR 97210. POSTMARKS DO NOT COUNT.
The application and instructions are attached and are available on our website at www.nwnw.org/GrantProgram.html.
