Chris Dupres, Ph.D., Sustainability Officer, Native American Youth and Family Center (NAYA) Dr. Dupres is an enrolled member of the Cowlitz Indian Tribe of SW Washington, as well as Cree and French Canadian. For more than 30 years, NAYA Family Center has provided educational services, cultural arts programming, and direct support to reduce poverty in the Portland's American Indian and Alaska Native community. Chris will discuss Portland Urban Native history and concerns as well as the NAYA Family Center, and the NAYA Early College Academy.All activities are free and open to all.
