POSITION SUMMARY: Assist in administrative work for OMSI's Development departments.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Assist staff with membership data entry.

QUALIFICATIONS: • Experience with spreadsheet or database program required. • Comfortable and able to communicate on the phone. • Respect for confidentiality. • Self-directed, willing to take initiative, and detail-oriented. • Must present a professional appearance and a friendly manner. • Dependable, punctual, and willing to commit to a schedule, preferably a 4 hour shift once a week. (can do up to 20 hours per week)
