Mission
Reduce animal birth rates and animal suffering through educating the public about spaying and neutering, offering no-interest loans to community members who cannot afford urgent veterinarian care, and finding permanent homes for abandoned and special needs animals.

Animal Aid is a non-profit, no-kill rescue organization that has been in existence since 1969. We house cats in our free-roam shelter and dogs (and a few cats) in loving foster homes. Besides rescue and adoption services we provide no interest loans to low income community members who have urgent pet veterinary needs. Additionally we have many volunteer opportunities, and provide educational family workshops for the public.
