Life by Design NW hosts a Coffee & Community Conversation Night

Our January Coffee & Community Conversation is a follow-up gathering to our community-wide exploration of Positive Aging. In November 2008, Marylhurst University was the local host site for the 2nd Annual Positive Aging Conference. This conference shared important tools and resources exploring purpose, meaning and vitality in the second half of life.

Coffee & Community Conversation is a monthly gathering sponsored by Life by Design NW, for 50+ adults seeking transformation, purpose and fulfillment through work and service. This month, Life by Design NW is joined by Marylhurst University, Oregon Gerontological Association, Osher Life Long Institute and Hands On Greater Portland to reconvene our conference discussion and further envision the possibilities for positive aging! As we embrace the threshold of a New Year, we invite you to join our exploration of Positive Aging and to write a personal intention supporting your own vitality and well being. We will also consider how, as a community, we can help to sustain our intentions. Imagine, Greater Portland as a Blue Zone for Intentional Living and Positive Aging!
