Music Healing Workshop
Music Guided Healing begins January 18!
Music is among the deepest and most profound methods of communication and accessing feelings. Come improve emotional and mental health through guided explorations into music therapy. The facilitator Mike Meyer, MSW, CADC I, QMHP is a 25-year public radio dj, concert producer, and event dj. He brings dynamic healing music to loosen, understand, and soothe your everyday struggles. In addition to addressing depression, trauma, loneliness, relationships, loss, and/or self-esteem, we will also use music to awaken, embolden, and broaden our goals, perspectives, and joy in life.
You will learn: - deeper self-awareness - a greatly expanded repertoire of music messages, moods, and rhythms to align with - a keener ability to integrate moods and music - using music to heal stress, fatigue, trauma, anxiety, and other barriers to mental/emotional/spiritual health - more connection to community - expanding your "emotional language"

Just as certain selections of music will nourish your physical body and your emotional layer, so other musical works will bring greater health to your mind. Hal A. Lingerman
